If you wish to return an item you must notify me by email to shop@julieasquithcollection.com within 7 days of receiving your order and must post back to me within this timeframe.

Customers must pay for the returned item in perfect condition with the label attached using a trackable insured service, as I cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items.

On receipt of your returned item, I will issue your refund via the original payment method.
